Charges Against Robert Kraft Dropped in Jupiter Prostitution Case

Prosecutors have dropped all charges against New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft in a prostitution case.

This follows a ruling last month from an appeals court that barred video from being used as evidence in court. Police say that video shows Kraft and other men paying for sex acts at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter.

The court ruled it violated his Fourth Amendment rights and the team owner has asked for the videos to be destroyed.

Kraft faced two counts of solicitation of another to commit prostitution.

In late 2018 and early 2019 Jupiter Police had the spa under surveillance and secretly recorded Kraft and two dozen other men. Police said the men paid for sex acts at the spa.

According to the police report, Kraft entered the spa on the same day the Patriots played the Kansas City Chiefs for the AFC championship.
