Miami-Dade Commissioners meeting today to discuss all things COVID, including vaccination supply, rental assistance and the COVID Economic Recovery Task Force. Commissioner Joe Martinez wants to extend the Task Force another 6 months. The 23-member panel-- made up of restaurant, salon and other business owners --is trying to come up with working solutions for businesses struggling to re-open or stay open. He says the group is also discussing some of the permanent work environment changes that will remain post corona.
