Florida House Takes Up Controversial Gun Bill

Relatives of the victims of the Parkland massacre speaking out against the House proposal to roll back the minimum age to buy rifles and long guns from 21-to-18. Manuel Oliver, who lost his son Joaquin, says this is a smack in the face to those who supported raising the age limit after the shooting eight years ago. Proponents argue the current law is inconsistent because it allows 18-to-20-year-olds to legally own a long gun if it's given to them, but not to buy it. Others say its hypocritical since Florida is an open carry state.
