Miami Mayor Francis Suarez delivering his "2020 State of the City" address at 10 o'clock this morning from the Perez Art Museum Miami. He says the speech will focus on all of his accomplishments, including the creation of "Miami Forever" and "Miami For Everyone" He says the city logged its lowest murder rate in 55 years last year and has the 2nd lowest millage rate in 60 years. He says all Miami residents should be excited and proud for what's to come, especially Sunday when we get to show off our city for the world during the Super Bowl. Miami has bragging rights as the city hosting the most Super Bowls at 11 this year.
