Contraception in the spotlight at the state capitol. Democratic State Senator Rosalind Osgood of Tamarac is announcing Senate Bill 1446 the "Right to Contraception Act" The legislation provides definitions for contraception, allows a person to access birth control and authorizes health care workers to provide it. She says bill also provides legal protections against the state to restrict the sale of federally approved contraceptives.
