Hialeah, FL - A 61-year-old employee at a Hialeah shelving business was arrested on two felony video voyeurism charges after a co-worker found a video of her using the restroom on his computer.
The arrest came after a woman at Parsteel Storage Solutions, located at 7527 W. 20th Ave., made a disturbing discovery when she clicked on an icon on a shared work computer—an incriminating video showing herself and a co-worker using the toilet.
According to Hialeah police, Filiberto Enrique Acencio secretly installed the camera in the women’s bathroom, leading to his arrest at his residence on Northwest 194th Circle Terrace, near Miami Gardens.
During an interview at the police station, Acencio reportedly admitted to the crime.
The police have seized the videos as evidence. Acencio, a Salvadoran national, was no longer listed in Miami-Dade jail records as of Thursday afternoon.
