Hialeah, FL - Yelp has named Franky’s Deli Warehouse in Hialeah the top sandwich shop in the U.S. for 2025.
Franky’s Deli Warehouse in Hialeah has claimed the top spot on Yelp’s 2025 list of the best sandwich shops in the U.S.
This recognition, revealed in honor of National Sandwich Month in August, highlights the deli’s consistent popularity and dedication to quality.
The sandwich shop, located at 2596 W 84th St., has been serving the Hialeah community since 1999.
Owners Franky and Nanette, married for nearly 40 years, have run the business together since its opening.
Yelp’s rankings were determined by the volume and ratings of customer reviews, taking into account factors such as unique, flavorful toppings and fresh ingredients.
Diners often praise Franky’s Deli for its inventive sandwich creations, featuring house-made aioli, chutneys, pâtés, and olive tapenade. T
he shop is also noted for its use of artisan breads, like ciabatta, garlic bread, and pretzel buns, which complement its signature sandwiches.
Franky’s Deli was joined by several other South Florida establishments on Yelp’s Top 100 list, including Piknik by Chef Christophe in Palm Beach Gardens (ranked 11th), SeaSide Subs in Deerfield Beach (16th), What’Sub in Deerfield Beach (23rd), and Louie K Subs / Club Sandwich in Sunrise (41st).
The rankings were based on customer reviews and all businesses listed had a passing health score as of May 9th.
