The clock is ticking toward the start of the two-day Lobster Mini-Season at midnight. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's Liam Rodriguez says there's a six-person limit for Monroe County and Biscayne National Park. Only crustaceans larger than three inches can be caught. The mini season averages four fatal accidents each year. Divers must heed all the rules and stay within three-hundred feet of the Down Flags. The regular season runs August sixth through March thirty-first.
