CFO Blaise Ingoglia says an audit of fourteen local governments shows nearly 2 billion in wasteful spending in just one year alone. Excessive spending in Broward tallied 189 million, in Miami-Dade 302 million. Palm Beach County gets the dubious distinction of having the worst ranking in the audit at 344 million.
