Rapper Lil Tjay is facing disorderly conduct and driving without a license charges for an incident around the same time as fellow rapper Offset was shot at the valet area of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

An attorney for Lil Tjay - whose real name is Tione Jayden Merritt - stresses in a statement that Lil Tjay was not charged with the shooting.
Seminole Police say Lil Tjay was in a fight before the gunfire.
A second person was also detained but has not been charged.
Offset is recovering from non-life threatening injuries.
