Former Congressman David Rivera is guilty!
A Miami federal jury has convicted the Republican and political consultant Esther Nuhfer on all counts including conspiring to commit an offense against the U.S. government, acting as an unregistered agent on behalf of the Venezuelan government and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
During his five week trial he was accused of manipulating politicians including now Secretary of State Marco Rubio about normalizing relations with Venezuela to serve his own interest.
He faces years in prison when he's sentenced.
