Public safety top of mind in Ft. Lauderdale tonight. Commissioner Steve Glassman says they're beginning a nine-month community study on ways to make the city safer. He says they want the community's input on everything from hard crime to petty theft, car break-ins and burglaries. Tonight's session begins at six at the YMCA on Northwest 6th Street.
